05/18/2007: "Learn How To Shoot A Flare."

The Friday Harbor Power Squadron, in conjunction with West Marine and the Friday Harbor Fire Department, will hold a pubic flare demonstration. Bring your expired flares or we will give you one, and learn the proper technique that may save your life.

When: Saturday, May 19th time: 12:30 pm
Where: Jackson's Beach

● See Fire Boat discharge many different types of flares
● Learn the correct use of Ire extinguishers
● West Marine safety equipment and information display,

● Learn about newly required WA State Boater Education Card
