04/14/2019: "Call For SJI Trail Volunteers"

The SJI Trails committee will have a work party next Tuesday, April 16th, from 4-6pm on San Juan Island. Meet at the golf course parking lot at the south trailhead of the 1/4 mile Minnie Mae trail. (This is a section of the American Camp Trail).

They plan is to cut and trim the sides of the trail which is currently in good shape, but 2 hours of trimming back of the early Spring growth will make Summer maintenance much easier.

Bring hand clippers, good gloves and any electric hedge trimmers you own. There wil be a chain saw for the small tree fallen on the trail and lots of rakes, etc. Easy work, come help.
