Treat mom a day early with a tour (2:00pm to 3:30pm) of the Salish Seeds Project native plant nursery at Red Mill Farm. The Land Bank’s Eliza Habegger will guide you through the nursery, exploring the challenges and rewards of growing our local wildflowers in habitats ranging from a pot on the deck, to a restoration project.

Directions to The San Juan Preservation Trust's Red Mill Farm Nursery:
From Friday Harbor, take San Juan Valley Road for about two miles. Turn left (south) onto Valley Farms Road. Take the first driveway on the right at 1/4 mile. Park near the house and outbuildings.
