A free 10 week course at the Mullis Community Senior Center sponsored by SJCy, and taught by Washington Vocation Services, will be offered Tuesdays, June 27 - August 29 from 1:30 to 3:00 pm at the Mullis Center.

The program will assist with bringing positive change to daily activities. Living Well reduces limitations due to secondary health conditions. It has a proven track record of reducing health care costs.

Some highlights include cultivating healthy reactions, communication and self-determination, managing depressed moods, seeking information and self-advocacy, as well as physical activity and nutrition.

Contact Sharon Hooper: 360-298-8033 for info and registration.
