05/31/2012: "Lopez Dinner & Music At School"

The public is invited to share an evening meal at school featuring music and school garden Open House at the Lopez School Thursday (05-31-12 5:30 to 7:00pm)- Multi Purpose Room -eat local and celebrate the abundant harvest and the farmers who grow it. Donations only - everyone welcome.

Menu:
Sorrel, sweet pea and potato soup
Chilled rice noodles with arparagus and spring vegetables
Spring greens salad with toasted sesame citrus vinaigrette
Rhubarb strawberry mint tart
Herbal Tea

Come early and enjoy live string band music in the school garden, and tour the garden and orchard. A concert will also be performed by the Secondary School Ensemble in the music room at 7 p.m.
