10/20/2011: "Orcas Town Hall Meeting"

County Council Members Richard Fralick & Patty Miller held a Town Hall meeting on Thursday (10-20-11) on Orcas.

The object of the meeting was to hold a "Discussion on the General Election Proposition No. 2, San Juan County User Charge for Management of Solid Waste and Balancing the County Budget in Tough Economic Times."

An open Questions and Answers forum followed a presentation on the those topics.
