10/01/2011: "New Ferry Fares"

The new fares to ride the ferry start Saturday (10-1-11). In short, the changes are 2.5 increase, but new length fare for vehicles under 14', but new surcharge of $.25 cents on each ticket. The quarter charge goes toward building new boats.
