Clifford “HOP” Edward Hoeppel died peacefully at his home in Sedro Woolley on March 24th, he was 89 years old. Hop was born on November 6, 1921 in Bakersfield CA. He is survived by his step-daughter, Cheri Maust of Friday Harbor.
