01/21/2011: "Is It Fair?"

Chiris Grygile, a SEATTLEPI.COM Staff writer has an interesting story today entitled ”King Co. pays for the rest of the state - is that fair?” ; or at least it is interesting because the story reports that San Juan County is one of “seven counties [that] contribute more than they get in return…”. The story explains that Rep. Reuven Carlyle (D) asked the Office of Financial Management for the figures that show what you pay for is not what you get.
