12/21/2010: "CC Closed Meeting Today"

The County Council will hold a Special Executive Session meeting at 10:30 am on 12-21-10 to:

“..consider a report on the status of litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). The meeting will begin in Executive Session and action may be taken at the conclusion.” The meeting is not open to the public, and the subject to be discussed is not stated, but because it relates to current litigation, it is unlikely the subject is the whistleblower claim that was recently filed, in that the claim is an administrative appeal and not litigation.
