10/30/2010: "Free Books On Halloween"

Kids and parents were invited to stop by the Meeting Room at the Orcas Island Public Library on Sunday for a chance to show off their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat for a book: the could pick out a book and have their picture taken. The books were purchased through a grant from Friends of the Orcas Island Public Library
