10/20/2010: "Fetish Doll Making -Huh?"

"Using bits of texture and “terrifics” that have been in your drawers forever and you can’t bear to part with, learn how to assemble your own personal fetish doll -which will continually bring you healthy, happy wishes when you place it in your home."

Beware- these fetish dolls begin to talk a lot-they all have a story!

Participants are encouraged to bring all manner of treasures:
Material scraps, leather bits, driftwood sticks, feathers, bones, old jewelry, found objects, bits of metal, seed pods, hair, shells, straw, old photos

And glue guns with glue sticks or Household Goop glue
Location: Island Arts League Studio 774 Mullis (big blue bldg behind Whidbey Is. Bank)
