Doris Estabrooks was responsible when the "County Joins Town In Styrofoam Ban", and is still hard at work on the “plastic waste problem.” On Wednesday Doris would like us to watch a CNBC documentary about waste management that features Captain Moore, who has been to SJ and Doris is working to bring him back.
