09/15/2010: "3 CAO Meetings Scheduled"

Public meetings on the CAO (Critical Areas Ordinance) start tonight (9-15-10) on SJI at 5:30pm Dist 3 Fire Station (1011 Mullis St). The topics for discussion include the following:

1. Non-conforming Uses & Structures (Randy Gaylord, Prosecuting Attorney)
2. Reasonable Use Exceptions (Jon Cain, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney)
3. Buffer Alternatives in Unincorporated Urban Growth Areas (Shireene Hale, Planning Coordinator)
