01/21/2009: "New Smart 2nd Session"

The Start Smart program is a step-by-step approach that builds confidence and self-esteem and makes sports fun. Island Rec’s Start Smart Sports development class for 3-5 yr olds filled up so quick a second session has been added.

The second session will be held on Saturdays, February 14th-March 21st at 11:15 am-12:15 pm. Parents work together with their children in a supportive environment to learn all of the basic skills including throwing, catching, kicking and batting.
