Francine Shaw and Randy Shaffer announce the birth of Cole Anthony Shaffer.
Cole was born September 16, 2008 at 9:24 AM in Anacortes at the Island Hospital.
He weighed 11 pounds 1 ounce and was 21 1/2 inches long.
