08/27/2008: "Fall Youth Orcas Soccer"

The soccer season for Fall Youth Soccer (ages 5-12) begins Tuesday, September 2nd. Boys and girls ages 7-9 and ages 9-12 play at Buck Park; ages 5 and 6 play behind the elementary school.

Practices are set for Tuesdays and Thursdays (3:30-5:00 for ages 7-12); (3:30-4:30 for ages 5 and 6). Games are Saturday mornings beginning September 13.

Registration forms available at the public library, at the Orcas Island Recreation Program office (in the Senior Center), at school offices, and on line at www.orcasrec.org. The season ends October 25.

Coaches, assistants, and referees are needed to make the program a success! Volunteers are asked to call 376-5339.
