07/03/2008: "FH Outlaws Safe & Sane Fireworks"

The Friday Harbor Town Council has passed an ordinance that prohibits all personal fireworks. Only public displays that have received a permit will be legal next year. This ordinance is similar to the one passed by the County Council this year, and it too takes effect next year.
