Sale Pending- Lakedale Campground On SJ To Remain A Campground

The sale of Lakedale Campground is expected to be finalized in a few days, and the new owner plans to retain current use of the property and the campground as it has been. Jack and Stephanie held a small celebration at their lodge, not as a "going away party", but simply to thank friends and others who have helped, and been a part of the campground over the years they have owned it.

There have been concerns that the campground might be sold to a developer who would close down the camping sites, but the new owner is a local resident, and is committed to continuing the site as Jack and Stephanie have developed it.
