A hay truck got stuck in, of all things, a wet area on San Juan Island and it is believed the exhaust system made contact with dry grass resulting in grass fire, and while it was quickly put out by the San Juan County fire department, the truck was a total loss. Just another example of how easy it can be to start a fire this time of year.
