The Hirst Decision allows government entities to block the drilling of wells if the well could conceivably impact local streams or rivers. On July 15th, 2 pm @ Earthbox conference room in F.H., the broadness and the chilling effect on rural development of this ruling is the topic of guest speaker Ed Kilduff.

Mr. Ed Kilduff is a Lopez resident, a geologist with over 20 years of experience in the environmental field, with training and education in economics/business. He provides economic, technical, and risk analyses in support of environmental projects
