12/20/2008: "Santa Claus In Friday Harbor"

Everyone was invited to a holiday festivity in Friday Harbor on Friday, but really it was for the kids to sit next to Santa and have their photo taken, and in spite of the cold and snow, folks showed up and stood in line (see photo below). Santa had beautiful teddy bears for every boy and girl….young and old, and elves and nibbles on home-made cookies. There were also decorations to make and trees to decorate.
