The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic, mutual-help war-time veteran's organization. Also founded in 1919, the American Legion Auxiliary is the world's largest women's patriotic service organization. On March 23. RSVP by email to ALAuxsheila@gmail.com by March 21st.

The American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Friday Harbor Unit 163 is hosting a Centennial Tea Event honoring 100 years of volunteer service. You are cordially invited to attend this family friendly party on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 1pm-3pm at the American Legion Friday Harbor Post 163, 110 Spring St. South on the Sundeck level.


Celebrating & Honoring The American Legion and Ladies Auxiliary’s 100 Years of Service to Active Military & Veterans along with their family, descendants and community. Honored guests include Daughters of the American Revolution.

-Fancy Tea Hat Contest
-Kids Area - Dress Up Box & Writing Station (Write A Letter to a Veteran)
-50/50 Raffle (tickets selling at the Post during Friday Meat Raffles - winning ticket drawn at time of the event)
-Suggested Donation - Non-perishable food items for Active Military, local Veterans and their community
