The first San Juan Islands Women's Summit is scheduled for November 4th and 5th, 2005 at Rosario Resort on Orcas Island. Island women are encouraged to make plans to attend this exciting, educational and inspirational weekend. (Link to Web Page)

Envisioned by Gretchen Krampf through The Islands Women's Network, the Dream Team of Stephanie Buffum Field from Shaw, Susie Teague from Lopez, Liz Illg and Shannon Calverley from San Juan, and Debra Nichols and Gretchen Krampf from Orcas are collaborating on making this a memorable annual event. Co-sponsors are Soroptimist International of Friday Harbor, Rosario Resort & Spa, Islanders Bank, The Cardiovascular Center at St. Joseph Hospital in Bellingham, Whidbey Island Bank, and Islanders Insurance.
