The project is located on Carter Avenue next to the Hillside House Bed and Breakfast. Construction will begin soon on five additional houses at the same site and the Home Trust is currently accepting applications Eligibility Requirements for these two- and
three-bedroom homes.

Homeowners and Home Trust Board Members were on hand to guide tours,
provide refreshments and answer questions about the Salal homes.

The Home Trust is pleased to share this fine project with the community.
Although the two and one-half acre site would have supported 35 units, the
Salad Neighborhood is less than half that at 15 homes in three clusters of
five allowing for significant open space. The Home Trust would like to
thank all who worked on this project.
