Tom Barnes, Custom and Border Patrol Officer and currently Acting Port Director in Friday Harbor was the speaker at the League of Women Voter's meeting on February 9th in the San Juan Island Library. The topic of Mr. Barnes presentation was Customs and Border Protection within the Community.
